Mitchell Gibson, DC
Founder
Originally from Van Buren, Mitchell Gibson attended the University of Arkansas for undergraduate studies of pre-chiropractic. Dr. Gibson then went to Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, where he graduated in December of 2006. While there, he was a part of the HAW (health awareness workshop) team educating on the importance of chiropractic care. He also received training in the treatment of whiplash, spinal biomechanics, traction therapy, laser therapy, physiotherapy, pre and post surgical rehabilitation, nutrition, myofascial release techniques, along with full spine and extremity chiropractic manipulations.
Dr. Gibson approached Dr. Kilambi and his wife Cherie about combining chiropractic care with objective based functional movement screenings along with the correctives from kettlebells. He had collaborated with several clients of Cherie’s in the past with tremendous results. This was a new idea and something no one was doing in the area. Cherie had already envisioned this and the thought grew to become Arkansas Biomechanics & Rehabilitation.
Dr. Gibson enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He likes to attend concerts at the Walmart Amp, going to the movies, trying new local cuisine, traveling and working out. He is also an avid Razorback sports fan. You can find him at games in his free time.
