Our Mission
Arkansas Biomechanics & Rehabilitation is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas and serves patients from all over Northwest Arkansas. We offer patients of all ages evidence based chiropractic care, posture correction and strength training. The combination of chiropractic care and kettlebell strength training is unique and not replicated anywhere in our region. We also offer all forms of physical therapy, including pelvic floor physical therapy. Our providers walk alongside each and every patient to help with personalized, effective, and safe treatment options to reduce and prevent pain.

Mitchell Gibson, DC
Originally from Van Buren, Mitchell Gibson attended the University of Arkansas for undergraduate studies of pre-chiropractic. Dr. Gibson then went to Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis.

Dr. Kelly Cross, PT, DPT, Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
Dr. Cross completed her undergraduate and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UCA. She obtained her CAPP-Pelvic Certification through the American Physical Therapy Association in 2019. Dr. Cross uses a holistic approach and treats each patient as a whole person to help them achieve their wellness goals.

Cherie's introduction to Functional Movement Systems and StrongFirst kettlebell principles led to her increased study on biomechanics and their uses in mobility, stability, and strength training.

Dr. Kilambi is a partner at Northwest Arkansas Urology Associates and and has a vision to integrate his expertise in traditional allopathic medicine with chiropractic care.
